We process your information in the following ways: Transfer it to our administration system to track and record the call and any subsequent care provision.

Data retention period: We will continue to process your information for 7 years from the contract terminating or you informing us you no longer wish us to provide homecare

Sharing your information: We do not share your information with third parties.

we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.

At this time, we do not share any data for planning or research purposes for which the national data opt-out would apply.
